Cancellation Policy
By booking a seat in this BLS course, you agree to the following: All Sales Are Final: Payment is non-refundable. Once registration is submitted, your seat and materials are secured, and funds are allocated. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, or failure to complete the course. Late Arrival Policy: Students must arrive on time. Late arrivals may not be admitted and will need to reschedule at their own expense. Rescheduling: Rescheduling is not guaranteed and may be subject to availability and an additional fee. Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to request a change. Sponsored Students: If your tuition is paid by a sponsor (such as CPR Plus or your employer), you are responsible for following their policies. Utahโs Academy of Emergency Medicine is not responsible for refunds or fees related to sponsored agreements. Minimum Attendance Requirement: A minimum number of participants is required for the class to run. If the class is canceled or rescheduled by us, you will be offered a new date at no additional cost. Code of Conduct: Professional behavior is expected at all times. Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the class without refund.
